Booking payment information: When you book your tickets, a 50% deposit will be charged immediately. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same payment card five business days after your initial purchase. Alternatively, you can click the "Pay balance now" button in the confirmation email you receive to finalize your booking straightaway.

How to get to Clipper Lounge
The area around the river will be busy on the 31 December, plan your journey well in advance. To be certain about your route, be sure to check your journey at tfl.gov.uk or nationalrail.co.uk.

Optional transfer by boat
Optional transfer to Clipper Lounge EMB from one of the following piers is included in your ticket to arrive at 21:15:
- Greenwich Pier – departs at 20:20
- Greenland Pier – departs at 20:30
- Canary Wharf Pier – departs at 20:45
- London Bridge Pier – departs at 21:00
Please be at the pier 15 minutes before departure time.
A transfer from Clipper Lounge EMB back to the piers above will depart Embankment Pier at 01:00.

Bag policy
- Only small bags are permitted on board, defined as A4 size or smaller (21cm x 30cm) or a standard handbag.
- Larger bags, including backpacks, suitcases, laptop bags, and tote bags, are not allowed.
- Each guest may bring one small bag.
Security measures
To ensure everyone’s safety, enhanced security checks, including bag searches, will take place prior to boarding and/or entering Clipper Lounge EMB. Our security team will also be present.Prohibited items

Payment terms: When you book tickets for New Year's Eve at Clipper Lounge EMB, a 50% deposit will be charged immediately. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same payment card five (5) working days after your initial purchase. If the final payment fails to process, your deposit will be refunded in full and your ticket reservation will be cancelled. The tickets will then be released back into our available inventory for other customers to purchase.

Tickets for New Year's Eve at Clipper Lounge EMB cannot be used to board any of the New Year's Eve Cruises organised by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers.
- Each ticket includes:
- A welcome drink (French 75; soft alternative available)
- A glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne at midnight
- Access to a festive dining selection for guests with a reserved table; access to a festive grazing station for guests with standing tickets.
- Optional transfer to/from Clipper Lounge EMB.
- Ticket holders must be 18 years old or over.
- If you choose to take the optional transfer boat to Embankment Pier, please ensure you arrive at the departure pier at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you'll need to arrange your own way to Clipper Lounge EMB.
- New Year’s Eve at Clipper Lounge tickets are non-refundable.
- Clipper Lounge EMB is not responsible for the Mayor of London’s New Year’s Eve fireworks. This official fireworks display is entirely independent of our venue and beyond our control. In the event that the official London New Year's Eve fireworks display is cancelled, postponed or modified, for any reason, the event at Clipper Lounge EMB will continue as scheduled and no refunds, compensation, or alternative arrangements will be provided.
