Your festive journey – by river and road

Please note that a section of London's Oxford Street will become permanently traffic-free starting Monday, 26 October 2026 between Orchard Street (near Selfridges) and Great Portland Street. Buses will turn right onto Great Portland Street, left onto Great Castle Street, then left onto Regent Street before re-joining the usual route towards Haymarket.

  • Tickets can only be used to travel with Uber Boat by Thames Clippers on the date stated on the ticket.
  • Tickets can only be used on the date and time stated on the ticket and cannot be used to board any other CitySightseeing tour.
  • All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
